Beauty comes in all shapes and sizes
And I wouldn't mind being in this kind of shape. Moya Farrel of C100 has just become an inspiration for every woman out there. At the tender age of 49 and a half, Moya is in the best shape of her life and was willing to show it off in a bikini. Sure, we all want to look like Kate Moss some days but real beauty comes from within and Moya's beauty shone bright yesterday. It didn't hurt that she posed with two gorgeous firefighters. Who wouldn't feel sexy standing next to these handsome men. Thanks Joe and Jeff for lending your support.

The rules of engagement
Thursday evening I had not one but two engagement sessions booked. The sun was out, the temperature was up, I assumed we were in for good times. What I didn't count on were the bugs. Huge swarms of them ready to pick us up and carry us all away. My clients were unfazed, we shot quick and we got out of there with our lives and some damn fine images. Here are a few...

One amazing lady!
Laura Melanson of Red Balloon Relations asked me to participate in a book for Brigadoon and my first reaction was I'm too busy. But I like Laura too much to have said no.
Then I found out that some of my finest peers are also working on this project and I started to get excited.
Next we had a meeting with Colette O'Hara who totally inspired me and made me see the vision for the book and the meaning of the camp.
Add Marjorie Lindsay, my first assignment, and things really kicked into high gear, This women was so wonderful I could have spent all day talking to her. She is everything I want to be at her age, at any age, really. Warm, vibrant, funny, and so great to photograph.
Now I am so looking forward to my next Brigadoon assignment. I hope they can live up to Marjorie!

Sisters, big brothers and new babies.
I have been so busy lately that I have not been updating the blog as much as I would like. Today I will remedy that with not one but two entries. The first is for Lisa, she is expecting her second child and if her first is any indication, number two will be a charmer! Her sister also came for a visit so we had plenty of reasons for a photo shoot.

Beautiful girls
I went to Toronto last weekend to visit a dear friend and photograph her new baby girl. Her 4 year old is gorgeous so I was expecting great things from the new one. They did not disappoint; this is one good looking family. I got in plenty of baby cuddles, and maybe a glass of wine or two with Donna while I was there; life is good.

Image is everything, especially in business!
At Siri Photography we have put together the ultimate package for corporate headshots. You begin at Casa Dante, which will be soon be relocated to the second floor of Mills. There a stylist will create a fabulous do. Then on to the makeup counter at Mills where you will receive a perfectly polished face made up specifically for business photography. These girls are amazing!
Last stop; top floor! By the time you get to me you will be looking and feeling your very best. Your photo shoot will include 30-40 minutes in studio where you will have an opportunity to change wardrobe and backgrounds for a variety of looks. The end result is a professional image that matches your professional lifestyle.
It worked for these highly successful women and it can work for you too!

Happy New year!
I wanted to start the New Year off by saying thank you to my friends, family and clients. You all make my life richer for being part of it.
In the sprirt of new beginnings, I would like to introduce this little guy. He made his entrance just in time for the Holidays and has been a real gift for his parents and big sister.
Welcome Robert.

Breaking a long string of weddings with cutest little girl.
I know this is more images than I usually post to my blog, but I couldn't help myself. Leah is so adobable I had a difficult time choosing just two or three. She was difficult to even photograph; once we snuggled for a few minutes I didn't want to let go. I tried to take her home with me but her Mom and Aunties wouldn't have any part of it. Really guys?! You can't share?
And how cute are these little jeggens? No one rocks a diaper like this girl!
