Pretty girls = mean girls? Not here!

You would imagine when you are this beautiful that an attitude would be close at hand. No attitude with Jenny. Not only was she a joy to work with, she is a real sweetheart.

We like Mikey.

Children often steal the show at any photo shoot; but a dog? Mikey was so cute and well behaved that he was the star during a recent shoot at Point Pleasant Park.

The Lower Deck

There were a number of great moments the day Jamie and Jamie got hitched. I had a difficult time choosing a few to share. The Lower Deck was priceless, right down to the guy who bought the round of drinks.

A tale of two Jamies

I am shooting a wedding this Saturday where both the bride and groom are named Jamie. I figured that would be the most noteworthy detail of this particular wedding. That is until I met them on Monday to shoot their engagement photos. This is a dream couple! Smart, (girl Jamie just finished law school), funny, and just plain gorgeous. And the chemistry between them is electric! I am really excited continue the photographic journey this weekend. ps. Did I mention they were from Calgary? Hence the cowboy boots on the beach

Babies always make me smile

Recently, I've been very busy and focused on getting the new location up and running. So much thought and time and expense have gone into this Spring Garden Road venture, that I forget how much fun photography is; how much fun life should be. Until baby Eva came to see me last week. I walked into the studio feeling frazzled and over worked. Then, I took Eva into my arms and the whole world stopped for just a moment. All that mattered was that she was there and my job was to capture her new born sweetness. Thank you, Eva for making me take the time to relax and breath in the smells of a new born.
